"I came in last Thurs and purchased a short jacket made in the Missoni "scribble" woollen material.

It was quite stunning but the sleeves didn't fit. I had 10mins before getting into a taxi to the airport to return to Australia. Your designer was extremely helpful to measure me up for new sleeves and agree to make them same day. The altered jacket was delivered by close of business to my boss at the Intercontinental, for him to bring back to Sydney.
